The website is published by Rowanmeadowmanor, Sandsliåsen 50, 5254 Sandsli, Norway. By opening these pages you agree to use them lawfully, not to misuse the form, and not to treat published descriptions as a confirmed booking until the desk has written back.

If you do not accept these terms, please leave the site. We may update the wording; the version dated 2026 on this page applies to later visits. Norwegian law governs the relationship, with courts in the Bergen area having venue unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.

Fair use of pages, forms and published hours.

You may read, print and share links for personal planning. You may not scrape the site in bulk, introduce harmful code, impersonate the house, or submit automated messages. The enquiry form is for genuine hotel, dining and salon questions.

Availability shown in prose is illustrative. Room types, salon hours and dining times can change with season, maintenance or capacity. Photographs show the character of the house; individual chambers may differ in layout and view.

We may suspend access if use threatens the site or other guests. Linking to our pages is welcome if it is not misleading and does not embed our content as if it were your own.

Liability

We take care that information is accurate, yet travel plans should be confirmed with the desk. Rowanmeadowmanor is not liable for losses that arise from relying on an unconfirmed webpage, from interruptions of hosting, or from events outside reasonable control such as weather, road closure or public regulation.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any duty that Norwegian law does not allow us to exclude. For stays and salon visits, the contract is the written confirmation plus house rules, not the marketing language on this site alone.

Intellectual property

Words, photographs and the Rowanmeadowmanor name.

The name Rowanmeadowmanor, the composition of these pages, and the photographs used here are protected. You may not copy them for another commercial site, train a model on them as a substitute for a licence, or present them as your own hospitality brand.

Short quotation for a personal review is allowed if the source is named. Any other reuse requires written permission from the house. Logos and marks remain ours even when displayed at small size in a browser tab.

Hotel and casino conditions

Chambers, identification and responsible play.

A reservation exists only when the desk confirms it. Rates, deposits and cancellation windows are stated in that confirmation. Check-in requires valid identification. The house may refuse a stay where a guest cannot be identified or where conduct would disturb others.

The salon is for guests aged eighteen and over. Entry may be refused, and play may be stopped, where identification is missing, where intoxication is evident, or where play appears harmful. Gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. House limits apply. The desk can explain responsible-play guidance on request.

Photographing other guests in the salon or in chambers is not permitted without their consent. Smoking follows posted house rules. Damage to rooms or tables may be charged at repair cost. These conditions protect the quiet of the manor for everyone who stays.
